Marion Max is a seasoned producer, stylist, and creative director with over a decade of experience across fashion, commercial, and branded content production.

Marion has been styling and producing photo and video shoots for over six years, with a strong focus on swimwear, resortwear, activewear, jewelry, and vintage-inspired looks.

Known for her vibrant energy, intuitive communication, and sharp eye for detail, Marion leads each project with a signature blend of style and structure.

Marion worked with a wide range of clients including Cotton On Body, L’Oréal, Gooseberry Intimates, DJI, IBM, Samsung, Flook the Label, Arcca Movement, Tann Line, and FRV Magazine.

She’s also collaborated with top talent, styling models like Rocky Barnes, Will Higginson, Brooke Perry, Pam Penno, Mitchell Wick, Avril Rae.

Behind the camera, she’s teamed up with photographers such as Lukas Vrtilek, Josh Patil, Jason Reposar, Stephen Butkus, Lennart Bader, and Cyril Saulnier – building long-term creative relationships.

EXPERIENCE

  • BALI, INDONESIA

    • Launched a personal bag line while simultaneously designing for three distinct clothing brands, overseeing the production processes for each line.

    • Spearheaded photo shoot productions for various brands, collaborating with local designers to enhance their visual marketing strategies.

    • Over a two-year period, assisted numerous small brands in Bali with photography production and styling, contributing to their overall brand development.

  • BALISTARZ, BALI, INDONESIA

    • Served as the in-house stylist for Balistarz, the leading modeling agency in Bali.

    • Organized and styled numerous test photo shoots in collaboration with photographers, models, and makeup artists, aimed at enhancing my portfolio.

    • Worked closely with clients to identify suitable locations and manage various aspects of photo shoots, ensuring a seamless production process.

  • BALIPROD, BALI, INDONESIA

    • Hired to provide wardrobe styling for commercial shoots while concurrently acquiring production skills under the mentorship of the company owner.

    • Gained comprehensive knowledge of production processes, preparing for a future role as a producer within the organization.

  • BALISHOOT, BALI, INDONESIA

    • Co-founded Balishoot in response to increasing demand for small to medium-sized projects, leading an all-in-house team.

    • Gained extensive experience in managing fashion campaigns, music videos, and Kickstarter projects, ensuring alignment with client budgets and expectations.

    • Responsible for quoting, location scouting, talent acquisition, crew organization, logistics management, and accounting.

    • Adapted to the challenges of remote collaboration during the COVID-19 pandemic, successfully coordinating projects with clients globally.
